During my time at Northrop Realty, I have developed marketing campaigns designed to enhance brand awareness for both our real estate agents and the company. These campaigns include a mix of print and digital collateral, such as postcard mailers, door hangers, rack cards, email blasts, and social media graphics. My primary goal is to effectively communicate Northrop Realty’s offerings to both prospective and returning clients through engaging and professional messaging.
Over the past two years, I’ve observed that many agents are interested in incorporating keepsakes into their marketing efforts to strengthen client relationships. Recognizing this opportunity, I shifted my focus at the end of 2023 to designing recipe cards—an engaging and thoughtful addition—distributed through both print and digital channels to reconnect with past clients in 2024.

March-October 2022
When I joined the NR marketing team, I was responsible for creating campaigns for the agents throughout the year. Every two months, I developed campaigns based on seasonal themes or out-of-the-box ideas and pitched them to our executives for approval.
March & April: Market is Blooming, March Market Madness, and Out of the Park
May & June: Real Estate North Star and Summer of Sold
July & August: Full House and Ready to Right Size
September & October: Seasons Change and Roc(k)tober



January-December 2023
As the marketing team prepared for the 2023 fiscal year, I ramped up my design efforts by introducing new ideas, including holiday recipe cards and vibrant, colorful designs.
Q1: Open House and Home Evaluation Spring
Q2: Home Evaluation Summer and Summer Maintenance
Q3: Home Evaluation Fall and Life in Your New Home
Q4: For the Win, Happy Holidays (3 versions), Hot Chocolate Recipe, and Sugar Cookie Recipe



January-December 2024
For 2024, the team developed four campaign tracks and collaborated on a holiday campaign track. I was responsible for the following campaigns:
Q1: Turkey Chili, Game Day Wings, Bunny Cake Pops, and Home Anniversary
Q2: Home Sweet Home Spritz, French Toast Casserole, Asian Noodle Bowl, Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs, Spicy Parmesan Popcorn, and Mother's Day
Q3: Grilled Pulled Pork Sandwich, Summer Fruit Salad, Butternut Squash Soup, and Beef Enchiladas
Q4: Spellbound Sangria, Five-Cheese Mac & Cheese, Baked Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce, Halloween, and Diwali (with a Vegetable Biryani recipe)
My goal for this track was to provide the agents with a wide variety of options and incorporate as many international recipes as possible.
